Conferendum Office

With Conferendum Office you can run meetings, seminars and training sessions with 10 to 25 (Office Pro) participants right out of your own e-mail program.

Send invitations via e-mail or via the Outlook Plug-in

Invite participants by sending a simple e-mail – the Conferendum e-mail invitation-service takes care of the rest for you. Conferendum automatically sends professional e-mail invitations to all participants. The invitation includes your invitation text, your profile picture, a “Participate now” button and user instructions.

If you sent the invitation via the Outlook Plug-in, the e-mail invitations also include an Outlook calendar item which you can save in your own Outlook calendar.

Conferendum Office Pro

Conferendum Office Pro extends the maximum number of participants in one conference room to 25.

Technical requirements

All you need to use Conferendum is an Internet-Browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox or Safari). Conferendum runs on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac (OS X 10.3.9 or higher) and Linux.

All data are encrypted according to the latest AES 128 Bit Standard.
