Your own phone dial-in number with personalized welcome message:

With this option you get an individual local phone dial-in number. You can choose amongst 45 countries and over 5000 cities. You can register your personal welcome message e.g. “Welcome to the conference system of the XYZ corporation – please enter your conference code". Please contact us to get a full list of all available phone dial-in numbers.

Call-out:

With the call-out feature you can have Conferendum call any participant on his or her own phone during a live conference. As soon as the person picks up the phone he is connected directly to the conference and can talk to all participants of the meeting. The costs of these calls are charged in addition to the monthly fee. If you want to do several call-out calls at the same time you must reserve several call-out packages. The standard call-out option includes one phone line.

Call-out via your own VOIP account (SIP number):

If you are already using VOIP in your organization then Conferendum can integrate your VOIP account. All call-outs are then directed via your VOIP provider. The costs for these calls will therefore be invoiced to you by your VOIP provider and not by Conferendum anymore. The number of simultaneous calls you are able to operate depends on the capacity you reserved with your own VOIP provider.
