1) Click on "Safari" in the menu and than on "Preferences"

If "Preferences" is dimmed you don't have sufficent user rights to change the settings of your browser. Please ask your administrator to activate Java and JavaScript on your browser.

2) Select the "Security" tab

3) Check the boxes "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
