1) Click on "Tools" in the menu and than on "Internet Options"

If "Internet Options" is dimmed you don't have sufficent user rights to change the settings of your browser. Please ask your administrator to activate JavaScript on your browser.

2) Select the "Security" tab

3) Set the security to the default (Medium), by pressing the "Default level" button

If the "Default level" button is dimmed, then you are already at the default security level, and JavaScript is enabled.
